NYC API NYC Intelligence. One Call. — NYC API turns New York City's fragmented public records into clean, callable REST endpoints built for AI agents and the developers behind them. One call returns what used to take hours of cross-referencing across six city agencies — ownership records, lien histories, building violations, health grades, permits, and licenses, all address-normalized and decision-ready. The platform is live with twenty routes, credit-based billing, full documentation, and a published MCP server that puts it natively inside every Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and Copilot session that needs municipal data.
The primary consumer of city data is no longer a human clicking through a dashboard — it's a line of code inside a production system making decisions at machine speed. NYC API was built from day one for that reality. The architecture is designed to replicate: Chicago, Los Angeles, and Philadelphia each represent a parallel revenue base on the same proven pattern. Whoever owns the callable infrastructure layer beneath the agentic economy owns the toll road of the next decade.
