EBBID Territory Intelligence for the Districts That Build Cities — New York City's 76 Business Improvement Districts collectively invest over $207 million annually into neighborhood revitalization — and nearly every one of them manages their most critical operational asset, the database of who operates where, using Excel spreadsheets and organizational memory. The EBBID Territory Intelligence Platform is the first purpose-built civic data infrastructure for BIDs. Built in partnership with the East Brooklyn Business Improvement District, it transforms manual, error-prone operations into an automated intelligence system — giving directors and their boards the ground-level visibility needed to lead, fund, and protect their districts. The platform fuses an Airtable-backed master registry of every business operator and incentive-eligible entity inside the district polygon, a Softr role-based portal with admin, board, and public directory views, Mapbox geospatial intelligence that answers "who operates where" in under sixty seconds, and an agentic 311 ombudsman module that surfaces issues before they escalate and generates SBS-compliant service delivery documentation automatically. At EBBID the results are concrete: 15–20 hours per week of executive time reclaimed, 42+ incentive-eligible businesses identified and queued for programs they didn't know they qualified for, an audit-proof documentation trail, and a verified registry of 66 businesses inside the polygon with 85–90% phone coverage. We are not selling software. We are selling political safety, career security, grant funding, and peace of mind — the infrastructure layer New York's districts have always needed. The EBBID case proves the product works; the 76-BID market proves the opportunity exists.
